Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dream N Co, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after verifying the issue.

2. Size Exchange

We understand sizing can be tricky, so we do accept size exchanges for bangles and bracelets.

Please note:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

Return shipping for size exchange will be borne by the customer.

3. Change of Mind

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection (except for size exchange as stated above).

4. Return Condition

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • Free from any damage

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Your Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).
